No ARMA system takes automated enforcement action. All incident response, escalation, and legal action requires human authorization and review.

Every significant incident, alert escalation, and evidence package requires human review before any downstream action is taken. Automation supports — it does not replace — human judgment.

ARMA systems are built to collect only the data necessary for their stated safety and documentation purpose. No behavioral tracking, demographic profiling, or surplus data retention.
Transparent Use Policy
All ARMA deployments operate under clearly defined acceptable use agreements. Misuse of the platform for surveillance, harassment, or unauthorized monitoring is prohibited and grounds for termination.

AI-Assisted Support — Advisory Role Only
Where AI-assisted tools are used within the ARMA platform, their role is strictly advisory — surfacing relevant information, flagging potential patterns, or streamlining documentation workflows. All final decisions, escalations, and legal or enforcement actions remain exclusively with trained human operators and authorized personnel. No AI component within ARMA can initiate, authorize, or execute any action affecting a person without human review and approval.
