Protecting Incident Evidence from Capture to Court

ARMA Law Shield is a secure evidence documentation and access system built for individuals, families, homeowners, and organizations. From the moment an incident occurs, Law Shield captures, timestamps, and protects your evidence — keeping it available for your attorney when it matters most.

What Legal Shield Does

Complete Evidence Protection, End to End

ARMA Law Shield is not just a storage solution — it is a full evidence lifecycle management system, from the first moment of capture to final court-ready delivery.

Automatic Incident Capture

ARMA Law Shield integrates with ARMA cameras and sensors to automatically capture incident footage, audio, and environmental data at the moment an event occurs — no manual action required.

Cryptographic Timestamping

Every captured file receives a cryptographic timestamp at the moment of capture, creating an immutable record of exactly when evidence was collected — critical for establishing chain of custody.

Tamper-Proof Secure Storage

Evidence is encrypted end-to-end and stored in isolated, access-controlled vaults. No evidence file can be modified, deleted, or accessed without explicit user authorization.

Controlled Attorney Access

Users grant attorneys direct, secure access to specific evidence through the ARMA Attorney Portal. Access is scoped, time-limited, and fully audited — giving you complete visibility over who sees what.

Court-Ready Evidence Export

Attorneys and users can export evidence packages in court-ready formats with complete metadata, chain of custody documentation, and integrity verification records.

Complete Audit Trail

Every action taken on evidence — capture, access, review, export — is logged in a complete, immutable audit trail. This record is available to you and your attorney at all times.

Evidence Flow

From Incident to Court — Every Step Protected

ARMA Law Shield manages the complete evidence lifecycle across seven critical stages, ensuring integrity and accessibility at every point.

Step 01

Incident Occurs

An event is detected by ARMA sensors, cameras, or triggered manually by the user.

Step 02

Evidence Capture

Video, audio, images, and sensor data are captured instantly and packaged as an evidence file.

Step 03

Timestamp & Metadata

A cryptographic timestamp is applied. GPS coordinates, device ID, and environmental metadata are attached.

Step 04

Secure Storage

Evidence is encrypted end-to-end and stored in an isolated, access-controlled vault with integrity hashing.

Step 05

Authorized Review

The user reviews their stored evidence within the ARMA platform. Only the user controls access permissions.

Step 06

Attorney Portal

The user grants their attorney scoped, time-limited access through the ARMA Attorney Portal.

Step 07

Evidence Export

Attorneys export court-ready evidence packages with full chain of custody documentation and integrity verification.

Chain of Custody Maintained Throughout

Every transition between stages is logged in an immutable audit trail. The chain of custody record is available at any time and can be included in court-ready evidence exports.

Evidence Integrity

Evidence That Cannot Be Disputed

The value of evidence depends entirely on its integrity. ARMA Law Shield applies industry-standard cryptographic techniques to ensure that every piece of captured evidence is verifiably unaltered from the moment of capture.

SHA-256 Integrity Hashing

Every evidence file receives a unique SHA-256 hash fingerprint at the moment of capture. Any subsequent modification — no matter how small — produces a completely different hash, making tampering immediately detectable.

Cryptographic Timestamping

Capture timestamps are cryptographically signed using RFC 3161-compliant timestamp tokens, creating a verifiable, immutable record of when evidence was collected — recognized in legal proceedings.

End-to-End Encryption

Evidence is encrypted immediately upon capture and remains encrypted throughout storage and transfer. Only authorized users and their designated attorneys hold decryption access.

Isolated Evidence Vaults

Each user's evidence is stored in a logically isolated vault, preventing cross-account access. Evidence cannot be accessed, modified, or deleted by platform administrators without a logged court order.

Immutable Audit Logs

Every access event, permission change, and export action is recorded in a write-once audit log. This log can be presented as part of the chain of custody documentation in legal proceedings.
