What the Portal Does

A Purpose-Built Evidence Review Environment for Attorneys

The ARMA Attorney Portal is not a generic file-sharing tool. It is a purpose-built legal evidence review environment that gives attorneys everything they need — organized timelines, verified metadata, integrity records, and export tools — in a single, authenticated workspace.

No Unsecured File Transfers

Evidence is never sent via email, file-sharing services, or unencrypted channels. Attorneys access evidence directly within the secure portal — always protected, always audited.

Client-Controlled Access

Only the client can grant access. Attorneys cannot self-register for access to client evidence — every access grant is explicit, scoped, and time-limited, initiated by the client.

Complete Evidence Context

Attorneys see the full evidence picture: original files, timestamps, GPS data, device identifiers, chain of custody records, and integrity verification — all in one organized view.

Annotation and Case Notes

Attorneys can annotate evidence files with private case notes, flag items for follow-up, and organize materials for case preparation — all within the portal environment.

Court-Ready Export

Export evidence packages in court-ready formats, including original files, metadata, chain of custody records, and integrity certificates — ready for submission to courts, mediators, or opposing counsel.

Client Control

You Stay in Control — Always

The ARMA Attorney Portal is designed with a fundamental principle: the client controls access. Attorneys access only what clients authorize. Nothing more. No exceptions.

You Initiate Every Access Grant

No attorney can access your evidence without an explicit access grant initiated by you. There is no self-registration or backdoor access pathway for attorneys.

You Define the Scope

You choose exactly which evidence files or incident packages your attorney can see. You can share a single incident without exposing your entire evidence vault.

You Set the Expiration

All access grants have an expiration date you set. When access expires, the attorney's portal link becomes inactive — no follow-up required from you.

You Can Revoke at Any Time

You can revoke your attorney's access at any time, for any reason, instantly. A single action in your dashboard terminates access immediately.

You See Everything They See

Every action your attorney takes in the portal — views, annotations, exports — is logged and visible to you in real time through your evidence dashboard.

Evidence Protection

How Your Evidence Stays Protected

Beyond client control, ARMA Law Shield applies multiple layers of technical protection to ensure your evidence remains intact and secure throughout the attorney review process.

Read-Only Attorney Access

Attorneys can view and export evidence but cannot modify, delete, or overwrite any original evidence file. The original vault remains untouched.

Continuous Integrity Verification

Every time an evidence file is accessed, its SHA-256 hash is verified against the original capture hash, confirming the file remains unaltered.

Authenticated Portal Sessions

All attorney portal sessions require multi-factor authentication. Session tokens expire automatically and cannot be transferred or shared.

Immutable Access Log

All portal activity is recorded in a write-once, tamper-proof log that serves as part of the chain of custody record and can be included in legal filings.
