Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines permitted and prohibited uses of all Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC products, platforms, and services.

Effective: January 1, 2025Last Updated: March 1, 2025

01.Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs the use of all services provided by Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC ("FSTS"), including the ARMA Platform and its components (Domus, Alert, Sentinel, Law Shield), APEX TRIBUTUM AI, OPERON, and all associated tools and services.

By using FSTS services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

02.Permitted Uses

FSTS services are intended for lawful business and personal safety purposes only. Permitted uses include: monitoring and documenting safety incidents at authorized facilities; recording incidents in which you are a party as permitted by applicable law; managing evidence for legitimate legal proceedings; and operating safety and compliance programs within your organization.

ARMA Sentinel may be deployed for facility safety monitoring at schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, municipalities, and security company operations where proper authorization and legal compliance frameworks are in place.

ARMA Alert may be used for vehicle safety monitoring, crash detection, and police stop recording in jurisdictions where such recording is lawful.

03.Prohibited Uses

You may not use FSTS services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Prohibited activities include: unauthorized surveillance of individuals without required consent; recording of private communications in violation of wiretapping or eavesdropping laws; stalking, harassment, or monitoring of individuals without authorization; use of evidence systems to fabricate, alter, or destroy evidence; and any use intended to harm, intimidate, or coerce individuals.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to FSTS systems, circumvent security controls, reverse-engineer platform components, or interfere with the operation of FSTS services or other users' accounts.

04.Recording and Surveillance Compliance

Users of ARMA recording features are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable recording consent laws in their jurisdiction. Consent requirements vary by state and locality — some jurisdictions require all-party consent for audio recording.

FSTS provides tools for lawful incident documentation. FSTS does not verify that any specific recording is lawful in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with applicable laws before recording.

Institutional deployments of ARMA Sentinel must comply with applicable privacy laws, including FERPA for educational institutions and HIPAA for healthcare facilities.

05.Evidence Integrity

ARMA evidence systems are designed to maintain chain-of-custody integrity. You may not attempt to modify, delete, or tamper with evidence files stored in ARMA systems. Any such attempt may constitute obstruction of justice and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate authorities.

Evidence access through ARMA Law Shield must be used only for legitimate legal proceedings. Unauthorized disclosure of evidence to third parties is prohibited.

06.Consequences of Violations

FSTS reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take appropriate action, including immediate suspension of access, termination of accounts, removal of content, and reporting to law enforcement.

FSTS cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and will disclose user information in response to valid legal process including subpoenas, court orders, and search warrants.

07.Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to: abuse@fstacktsolutions.com

FSTS takes all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
