ARMA Platform data, including incident recordings and evidence files, is used solely to provide the contracted service. FSTS does not sell, license, or share incident recording data with third parties except as required by law or as explicitly authorized by the account holder.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, product improvement, and research purposes. This data cannot be used to identify individual users or organizations.

FSTS does not sell your personal information. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist us in operating our business, subject to confidentiality agreements.

ARMA Law Shield provides secure evidence access to authorized legal counsel as directed by the account holder. Evidence access is logged, timestamped, and subject to our Evidence Handling Disclosure.

FSTS implements industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments to protect your information.

Evidence files processed through ARMA systems use cryptographic integrity verification to ensure tamper-proof chain of custody documentation.

While we implement robust security measures, no system can guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are detailed in our Data Retention Policy.

Incident recordings and evidence files are retained according to the terms of your service agreement and applicable legal requirements. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal hold obligations.
