Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of all Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC products, platforms, and services including the ARMA Platform.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any product, platform, or service offered by Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC ("FSTS", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all users of FSTS services, including the ARMA Platform (Domus, Alert, Sentinel, Law Shield), APEX TRIBUTUM AI, OPERON, and any other software or technology services provided by FSTS.

FSTS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

02.Description of Services

Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC provides technology solutions including but not limited to: safety monitoring platforms, incident documentation systems, evidence management tools, AI-assisted analytics, marketing automation, and custom software development.

The ARMA Platform is operated under the ARMA Public Safety Initiative L3C, a wholly owned subsidiary of Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC. ARMA services are subject to these Terms and any additional product-specific agreements.

FSTS does not provide legal advice, medical advice, or emergency response services. ARMA Law Shield supports legal review and evidence organization — it does not constitute legal counsel. Always consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.

03.Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering and to update your information to keep it current. FSTS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information.

You must immediately notify FSTS of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach at security@fstacktsolutions.com.

04.Acceptable Use

You agree to use FSTS services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use our services to violate any applicable law or regulation.

Prohibited uses include: unauthorized access to systems, distribution of malicious code, harassment or abuse of other users, misuse of incident recording features, tampering with evidence integrity systems, or any use that violates the rights of others.

ARMA recording and monitoring features must be used in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding surveillance, recording consent, and data privacy.

05.Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with FSTS services are owned by Full Stack Tech & Solutions LLC or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in FSTS intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FSTS services as permitted by these Terms and your applicable service agreement.

You retain ownership of content you submit or upload to FSTS services, but grant FSTS a license to use, store, and process such content as necessary to provide the services.

06.Data and Privacy

Your use of FSTS services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

FSTS implements industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and FSTS cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

Incident recordings, evidence files, and other sensitive data processed through ARMA systems are handled in accordance with our Evidence Handling Disclosure and Data Retention Policy.

07.Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FSTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

FSTS total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the claim.

FSTS services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

08.Termination

FSTS may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use FSTS services immediately ceases. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@fstacktsolutions.com.

09.Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
